created by Joanne's Digital Designs. You are only granted the use of these items.
Please note that I reserve the right to change these TOU at any time. Please visit my blog to ensure that
you have downloaded the most recent TOU.
MY DEFINITIONS
CU:
CU means you can use my CU items for kits that you sell, however those kits MUST be sold as Personal Use Only.
CU4CU:
CU4CU means that you can use my items in kits that you sell, and you can sell your kit as CU to the
person who buys the kit from you. You CANNOT transfer the CU4CU license to them. They cannot offer CU to whomever buys their kit – their customers must use it as PU only.
If you want to use my items to sell as Commercial Use, you MUST purchase my CU4CU license, which is
available by request - this is a one-off $100*.

Multiple-Designer Website License
If you want to use items made with my PspScripts or Psd Templates to create craft printables at any Multiple-Designer website, you must purchase my Multiple-Designer website license, which is a once off payment of $49.99 – available at my online personal store. This license is NOT for Scrapbooking stores.

TERMS OF USE - Please read completely before using these items:

PROHIBITED USES:
You may not do anything with the Content that is not expressly permitted. You may not provide a copy of the Content, or any portions thereof, to anyone or allow anyone to gain access to the Content, or any portion thereof, except as permitted above.
For greater certainty, you may NOT:
(a) use the Content in design template applications for resale, including, without limitation, website templates, flash templates, and brochure design templates;
(b) display the Content on websites designed to induce sales of "print on demand" products, including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items - this includes custom designed websites as well as sites such as Cafe Press (i.e. www.cafepress.com) and CraftsUPrint (i.e. www.craftsuprint.com);
(c) claim Content as your own.
(d) use the Content or any part thereof as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo;
(e) incorporate the Content in any product that results in a re-distribution of the Content (such as electronic greeting card web sites);
(f) sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the Content;
(g) post a copy of the Content on a network server or web server for use by other users;
(h) transfer the rights to the Content or accompanying materials (if applicable), except as specifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement.
(i) make any Content into tubes or brushes and tags and redistribute them in any way, including freebies.
(j) make any content into element packs for sale as a designer resource.
(k) use tubes specifically designed for use with particular scripts/templates in other projects.
(l) use my scripts or tubes to create your own scripts.

YOU MAY:
(a) Use these items for your own personal use or to sell kits and/or layouts with these products as personal use.
(b) Colorize, add to, take away from, and/or resize to fit your project.
If you use my CU items to create any of your kits, it is required that you mention my designer name and site
address in your Read Me or Credits file in your downloads.
